THE HAVEN

THE HAVEN accommodates 14 in three attic twin bedrooms on the second floor, three doubles and one twin room on the first floor (one double room via its own flight of stairs), two bathrooms and shower room. The ground floor has a big sitting room, dining room, bathroom, shower, pantry, kitchen/diner. Metered oil-fired central heating throughout.

THE COSY GARDEN BOTHY sleeps an additional two people in a double bed.

A very imposing Victorian House, once the ‘second home’ of the Archdeacon of Cornwall, du Boulay, it stands in a commanding position beside The South West Coast Path with magnificent sea views from most of the rooms towards The Lizard. It has a large garden with a lower terrace suitable for playing badminton etc. In January 2012 the house was the location for the Lamorna Cove painter Laura Knight’s house and studio in the film Summer in February starring Dan Stevens, Dominic Cooper and Emily Browning
