Purpose built as the workshop for George Howe, a fine cabinet maker from Essex, to make the fixtures and fittings of Porth-en-Alls House. His Triumph patent morticing machine is still in there. There is no garden, but Coule’s Cove is only 100 yards away and The South West Coast Path is on the doorstep.
